In 2001, our Principal Justin James founded Sydney Boathouse and delivered much of the Development Management until 2009 when he won the tender to acquire Sydney Superyacht Marina which was immediately adjacent to SBH.  Justin then held positions of CEO and Director of Sydney Superyacht Marina until 2016 when the asset was sold. 

 

The Sydney Boathouse is Sydney's largest dry boat storage facility holding 300+ boats up to 12m in length plus waterfront retail and commercial space. 

 

The Sydney Superyacht Marina is Australia's largest Superyacht Marina.  It provides for 79 superyachts up to 70m in length, over 3300m2 of retail/commercial space and a 6-storey car park. 

 

In 2008, Justin also founded Automated Marine Technologies which is a joint venture with the world’s largest privately owned materials handling company, Loedige Industries, to become a leading supplier of automated boat storage technologies to the marine industry.

After selling both marina assets in 2015 and 2016, Justin started working consulting on marina sales of assets around the globe.
